We set up a Fujiro recovery machine for your line. It takes dissolved gold and silver out of solution by electrolysis.
Solution is pumped through the machine, and the metal plates onto a rotating titanium cathode. The cathode is weighed before and after, then the metal is peeled off.
It suits plating solution, drag-out tank solution, stripping solution, plating rinse water and wastewater from electronics plating. It can sit on the production line or offline.
Each machine treats 150 to 200 litres of silver solution a day, or 100 to 150 litres of gold solution (manufacturer specification). Above that it recovers less from each litre, so we size the setup to your volume.
